Our  activities can be in any number of  buildings on campus, so please check the location of the event. Click here to find a detailed campus map. If you have problems or get lost, please call the School of Computing and Information Science at 207-581-2188.  If you are using a GPS set it for 160 College Avenue, Orono, Maine. This will bring you to the Buchanan Alumni House where you can get a visitor’s parking permit and a campus map.

Directions to the University of Maine Campus

From Exit 191 – Kelley Road:

• From the South, turn right at end of exit ramp.
• From the North, turn left at the end of the exit ramp (be careful since visibility is not good).
• Drive to the traffic signal.
• Take a left onto Route 2. Drive to the third set of traffic lights.
• Turn left onto College Avenue.
• Stop at the Buchanan Alumni House to get a map of the campus and a visitor’s parking pass to avoid getting a parking ticket!

From Exit 193 – Stillwater Avenue/Old Town:

• Coming from the north on I-95, take Stillwater Avenue Exit (#193 — formerly exit #51).
• From the North, turn left at the end of the exit ramp.
• From the South, bear right at the end of the exit ramp.
• Drive 1 mile to the fourth set of traffic lights.
• Turn right onto College Avenue.
• Stop at the Buchanan Alumni House to get a map of the campus and a visitor’s parking pass to avoid getting a parking ticket!
